A small shop, a “room where artisans work and sell their goods”, this is our shop. Attached to the production laboratories, it is a simple way to offer you our products, to tell you about them and to accompany you through our extraordinary territory, that of the Piacenza hills.

The close link between the quality of our cured meats and the geographical location of the production sites is undeniable; our province boasts three cured meats with Protected Designation of Origin: Coppa Piacentina PDO, Pancetta Piacentina PDO and Salame Piacentino PDO. These three products are flanked by other equally important productions; among all we can mention the Culatello and the Fiocco.
