Origin and composition

Origin: the meat comes from pigs born, raised and slaughtered exclusively in the Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy regions.
Raw material: lean cuts of pork (minced) mixed with throat or belly for the fat part.
Ingredients: Pork, salt, sugars (dextrose, sucrose), garlic infusion in red wine, spices. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. Preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite.
